Step 2 of the first call for proposals is now closed
Categoría Call
The deadline to submit the online application to the Step 2 of the first call was fixed on the 29th of April 2016 at noon. The potential beneficiaries still have to send their paper application by certified mail before midnight, always according to Santander’s local time.
The project proposals received for Step 2 were shortlisted after Step 1. This first step consisted of the submission of a simplified project proposal and received 496 applications.
Next steps
In the days after the closure of Step 2, the Joint Secretariat will analyse all the applications to classify them as admissible or non-admissible project proposal.
During this analysis, the Joint Secretariat might find that a project proposal does not meet an admissibility criterion of rectifiable nature. In this case, the Joint Secretariat will contact the applicant to invite him/her to correct this criterion or to provide further documentation, giving a time limit of 20 calendar days.
Then, the Joint Secretariat, the National Authorities and, subsequently, the Steering Committee of the Programme, will start to evaluate the applications.
The list of projects approved will be published immediately after the meeting of the Steering Committee on the 30th of June 2016. The projects will therefore be able to start their activity on the 1st of July 2016.
