Project summary
The Sudoes wine’ sector is exposed to similar risks, linked to the volatility of the production and trade. Through the compilation and information’s treatment (Big Data), VINCI provides digital tools which offer an anticipated vision of the offer and demand in order the SMEs of the sector can manage in a more efficient way their prices and stocks.
