The first phase of the second call was open from October 7 to 25, 2019, both included.

The 168 applications received have been jointly built by the National Authorities and the Joint Secretariat and have been the subject of a first selection made by the Steering Committee, in Lisbon, on March 4th, based on the eligibility criteria of the first phase, detailed in file 6 of the Sudoe Users’ Manual. 

These projects have been classified as:

• project not admissible.
• ineligible project.
• project proposal not authorized to move on to the second phase.
• project proposal authorized to move on to the second phase.
