The same conditions

There will be no major changes to these conditions with respect to those existing at the time of the first call. The submission of proposals will also follow the same procedures, through two competitive phases.
Opening the OS 4.1
The main change is marked by the opening of a new OE that aims to improve the efficiency and inclusiveness of labour markets and access to quality jobs through the development of social infrastructures and the promotion of the social economy, in order to make rural areas more attractive and better able to retain the population.
Listening to the needs of stakeholders
In order to better respond to the needs of the potential beneficiaries of this axis of cooperation, the authorities of the programme have launched a survey to find out their needs. This survey will be open until February 20, 2024. If you are an actor in the social sector and the social and solidarity economy, do not hesitate to send us your contribution. The survey is available in Spanish, French and Portuguese versions.
