The Monitoring Committee of the Interreg VI-B Sudoe programme met last week in Bragança, Portugal. The purpose of this meeting was to analyse the 144 applications submitted on 31 March last, in the framework of the first phase of the first call for proposals.

The deliberation and dissemination of this last meeting has been suspended until the closing of the admissibility of the 144 applications.

The ranking of the projects will be published in July, once the missing administrative documents have been submitted.

The Joint Secretariat will disseminate the ranking of the projects as soon as possible and once the administrative documents have been received.

Confirmation of the timetable for the second phase

The seminar between two phases will be held on 18 and 19 September in Santander.

The second phase of this call for projects will be open from the day after the publication of the ranking until 11 October 2023 (noon, 12:00:00 local time in Santander / mainland Spain).

Finally, the programming of the second phase projects is maintained for December 2023, so that the first Sudoe projects of the period 2021-2027 will start their implementation in January 2024.
