However, you can start working on your project using the tools and documents related the first call for proposals, due to the fact they are also valid for the second call. In the section Resources of the Interreg Sudoe website you will find different material that will help you in the preparation of your candidacy like the candidacy kit, different webinars, documents related to the Launching Event, etc.
