The BIOHERITAGE project has produced a video on the conservation of native and endangered livestock breeds, with particular attention to the Payoya Goat and the Merino sheep of Grazalema.

This video, edited jointly by the Natural Parks of Grazalema and Los Alcornocales, takes us into the world of preserving the heritage of biodiversity and promoting agrotourism. In the documentary, we can listen to Juan Manuel Fornell, Conservative Director of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, who highlights the importance of linking livestock, environmental protection, the valuation of livestock products and tourism promotion, without forgetting the historical role of livestock in the natural environment of southwestern Europe.

The video specially highlights the role of consumers in preserving biodiversity and supporting the local economy, by choosing products according to their location and production process.
