On October 3th and 4th, the Interreg Sudoe Programme organised an informative day addressed to the approved projects in the framework of the Third Call for Proposals. Around 120 people, related to the 18 projects approved in June 2019, met at the Hotel Chiqui to collect information on the administrative, financing and communication aspects of the projects’ management.

This event set up the official beginning of the approved projects, with the signature of the ERDF agreements between the lead managers of each project and the Economic and Financial Affairs Adviser of the Government of Cantabria, María Sanchez, representing the Managing Authority of the Programme. Moreover, during these 2 days, the representatives of the projects could attend informative sessions and national workshops, moderated by the Joint Secretary and the National Authorities of the Programme on the aspects to take into account when managing their projects. From this moment, they have 3 years of intense activity to accomplish ambitious objectives related with competitiveness of SMEs, low carbon economy and the fight against climate change in the SUDOE’s area.
