The partners and the associated partners of Vinovert gathered from 11 to 12th for the project’s final meeting with the aim of highlighting the results and collecting the last documents before the end of the project on 30^th June 2019!

The event was organised by CREDA and IRTA partners with the participation of the director of INCAVI, Salvador Puig, the director of ESAB, Anna Gras, and Chema Gil, director of CREDA. During the meeting, INRA Aquitaine and IRTA representatives presented the results of 3 years of field research on the development of diseases on bio and traditional coupled parcels. CREDA partners, the University of Bordeaux, BSA, SLU, INIAV, presented the results of their consumers experiments), whose study’s objectives varied according to the subject of research. Thus, new experimentations were conducted during project whose results are available on the website of the project. Finally, the University of Bordeaux and ISA presented the results of the cooperative Tutiac, in France, AC Palmela and Mangualde in Portugal and Martin Codax in Spain.

The last consortium of Vinovert ended with a roundtable where Spanish wine professionals were invited to discuss on: « The organic wine, a reality or a myth for the value chain of the wine-growing sector and its sustainability? » Among the participants, there were independent winemakers, cooperatives’ representatives and representatives of the DG Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission.
