REHABILITE: committed to gender equality in building sector

From the launch of the project, REHABILITE has been actively involved in gender equality promotion and improvement in building sector. Like so, in December 2016, the project organised a specific training in Pamplona (ES) to provide guidelines to the project beneficiaries in order to identify good practices related to gender equality.
This training continued on 23th November when the French Federation of Buildings participated to the partnership meeting in Bordeaux (FR) to introduce the measures taken by France in order to improve gender equality in the building sector.
The project will develop more awareness actions as such as the organization of a training and monitoring session in 2018 in Portugal to assess the project from a gender perspective and propose measures to improve it.
