SUDOE STOP CO2: a month full of activities

Last 26/10/2017, the SUDOE STOP CO2 partnership organised a joint workshop with SNCF (France) in the train station of Libourne (FR) in order to introduce the project and see, in details, how IBM technologies are used in SNCF train stations. This event has been attended by representatives of the Regional Council of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Libourne Municipality. Since this, two French train stations (Arcachon and Libourne) joined the SUDOE STOP CO2 project as pilot stations.
On 31/10/2017, the project went to Madrid to visit its bus station which counts on more than 20 millions of visitors per year. The project managers introduce the objectives and results of the project to Eloy Fernandez Ojeda, manager of both Madrid bus station and AVANZA – one of the main Spanish transport enterprise, who explained the main features of the station regarding energy efficiency, access and commercial exploitation.
