The joint secretariat is preparing the second call for projects. In accordance with the calendar established for the calls for projects, this second call will be launched during the first quarter of 2017.

The priority axes 1 Research and innovation and 5 Environment and resource efficiency will be the only open axes in this call for projects.

Further information on the contents of this call for projects, i.e. the ERDF amount available, the calendar or the admissibility and selection criteria will be announced later on.

New tools bound for the potential recipients are being prepared, as well as the organisation of an event about this second call for projects. Further information will be communicated in January 2017.

However, several tools and procedures already available since the first call for projects will still be used for this second call for projects.

The joint secretariat highly recommends the organisations that are interested in taking part in the new call for projects to start studying the Sudoe manual for project development and management. The factsheets dedicated to project development will help you to define better your project idea.

In order to look for partners or to propose a project idea, you can post your contribution in the partner search tool. This tool is updated several times a week.

The second call for projects will once again be carried out in two phases. The application proposal template (to present the project in the first phase) and the application form template (for the second phase) will have to be filled out in eSudoe, the Interreg Sudoe programme computer software. The financial plan and the budget justification are also major parts of the application form that have to be presented in the second phase. These document templates could suffer minor modifications for the second call for projects. However, they can already be used for the preparation of the project applications.

Lastly, the joint secretariat will give its support and will answer the doubts of the project promoters only when the contents of the second call for projects are transmitted. The actions envisioned in this respect will be widely broadcast on the programme website and through the social network accounts of the Interreg Sudoe programme.
